A trial of this product was received as part of completing a feedback survey for a company that we regularly deal with.
It was for a trial only - not ordered through the Try Rejuvaessence Website - but ordered via the Feedback Survey Website.
I have just been billed for an automatic refill. I have tried calling both telephone numbers provided and also tried contacting them by email to cancel my supposed account and refill request. For both telephone numbers I was placed in a never ending queue and not able to speak to anyone. The only email response has been an automatic response from [email protected] (a third party??) asking that I cancel online using a URL that is incorrect.
What is most upsetting is that this started by completing a legitimate Feedback survey for a legitimate company that we deal with.
DO NOT ACCEPT so called free gifts from REJUVAESSENCE when completing a survey.
