Had filled out a survey and a pop up screen flashed saying trial sample of Garcinia Cambogia has been won and that I need to pay only for shipping cost. When I tried to complete order, suddenly a pop up menu for green coffee too popped up and when I declined offer, it still shipped and said thanks for ordering. After couple of days of receiving the product, they charged my with $211.92 combined on both products and no telephone number on order confirmation.
I had to look at the product label to get the telephone number for calling the company.
When I inquired, customer rep was rude and threatened to send people to my home which he took from the order. When insisting for return of products, he declined to give me return address and started talking about 30% refund. Though I decline for refund, they sent me an email for refund.
