The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
I've received a series of calls stating I am in default on IRS payments, in order to avoid further legal problems I should call 240-389-0809 immediately. Today they upped the treat to say failure to call will be considered a violation of federal law.
I know it's a scam, but it is annoying and it's time to turn the tables on these scam artists.
