Garage door installed month ago but doesn't work now.. Company contacted several times, refused to give us their address (said they were located at 3333 Bedfprd St., Bedford, but at that address there are only storage bins). At this time door is stuck half way down and we can't get our car out. They said they would come out today between 3 and 5 pm, but did not show. We can't locate anyone in charge. When we try (at 1-800-215-1223) they drop the line and cut us off. They refused to take voice mail.
