I ordered some trainers, they posted me something but I didn't receive as they didn't give correct address so it was returned to sender.
When i sent email to find out simple answer was its your fault initially by saying your phone was blocked i need to contact royal mail
I went to royal mail they informed me that there has been a parcel for my name but as address wasn't correct it's been send back to sender.
When I contacted them they replied that I gave them wrong address if I want the shoes i need to pay for delivery again$30 or forget about it as its my fault (i checked the history and i saw that i have provided my correct address)
I sent money again in western union as they wouldn't provide me account
i still haven't received the parcel
