Order placed by phone for Garcinia Cambogia - "30 free trial offer" on 7/18/16 in response to TV ad. Process was totally automated with no mention of a website, alternative contact information, or terms and conditions. Bottle arrived as ordered 4 - 5 days later. Credit card bill received 8/23/16 had $4.95 charge plus a $79.95 charge entered 7/31/16. Called 888-312-9976 as shown on card statement and spoke with CSR and a supervisor. They cited terms and conditions which provided for full charge for the "free trial" bottle "membership" was not cancelled within 14 days of placing the order. They claimed the T&C was "on the website" (what website?). They refused to accept their deception and offered various refund percentages if the unused portion of the "free trial" bottle was returned. We finally got a "membership" cancellation and confirmation number but ended up eating the full deceptive charges just to be done with them. Stay away from Helix6 and any company using them as a supplier. And, be very wary of TV ads. Most are predators.
