I was to be charged $4.95, twice, for shipping for two free samples of Skin Revita and Tri Skinsensation products. I discovered the two charges, one for $97.81 and another for $92.53 on my credit card ($200.24 in total) 06/06/2016. I have called them 6/07/2016 9:33 am to cancel my account with immediate effect and to reimburse me, because their product did not deliver the ant aging and” powerful moisturizing capability’s” as promised, I have stopped using it after trying it for 3 days because my skin showed an allergic reaction (very dry, red, swollen and itchy reaction, while they claimed that their product” offers complete revitalizing for dry damage skin” they also claim that their “product is free of harsh chemicals or fragrances that cannot cause skin irritation”) I called to asked for their address to be able to send it back, I had a hard time getting the address, had to call several times before I could get it. I asked to be reimbursed for the charges to my account. I called again, this time the other number I repeated myself, I was assured that my account has been cancelled. They didn’t mentioned to me that they are going to send out another package or that there will be more charges to my account. On 06/15/2016 I have received another package from them, I locked on to my credit card account and discovered more charges to my account on 6/08/2016 and 6/09/2016. I have cancelled and have still being charged. I have called my credit card company immediately and submitted a dispute claim. I have send back all products received and still they refused to reimburse me for the trial products. They change the name of their products a couple of times. They are quick to charge you because they know their product isn’t worth the money, my recommendation, don’t buy it, don’t waste your money.
