ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on july 21st 2016 from digitaldiscount.co.uk - funds were taken instantly but through a company called Skrill. There was no mention of this at the time of order. I used my Mastercard Credit Card. The payment showed as to ChatandVision who seem to own DigitalDiscount. Deivery was said to be 2 weeks. Over a month later and after various emails (there is no way of physically speaking to anyone it is a ticket service - the numbers shown on both websites are unobtainable!) nothing has arrived so i cancelled my order. Mastercard say they cant do anything because it was done through Skrill, Skrill say I need to contact DigitalDiscount. DigitalDiscount dont respond and when they finally did they say there is a backend problem with their payment service provider (skrill) and they cant do a refund so i should contact skrill. And chatandvision (who the payment was in the name of) say i have to speak to digitaldiscount. Even though in digitaldiscount terms & conditions it states "CONDITIONS OF USE
