I have purchased a Purse for 150.00 from this store. After 3 months the strap broke. Called the and visited them in the store. They would not Help at all.!
Heather the store manager called me back after 1 week and told me she will have it fixed by her shoemaker! She would not listen for what I had to say she Hung up on me! Today August 24 Th. I have returned to the store. She was Yelling and her Sales Staff doing the same. I was told I will have my strap back ca. 2 months! I need help !!
