Earned points in Schiff Rewards program, decided to apply to three $10 Costco gift cards, which were supposed to arrive within 8-10 weeks. It has now been 14 weeks and still nothing. I have called 4 times to inquire and after a lengthy hold time I was finally told this was processed through a 3rd party. It has been 3 weeks since the first time I called and still haven't received a response, as promised. I don't think this is a legitimate program.
