International boundaries
While online with a major Canadian utility, I was asked to respond to a survey. In return for responding to the survey, I was offered 'free' Revoluxe and Retinolla by paying a small fee for shipping and handling. I received the products within a few days. I did not think anything more about it until I noticed that $201.82 (Cdn) and $191.16 (Cdn) had been charged to my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and cancelled my card. I was notified that additional charges of $140.23 (Cdn) and $143.02 (Cdn) had been charged to the card. I have contacted Retinolla and asked for a refund but they said I was supposed to return the product within 14 days to cancel the order and to receive a refund. I was not aware of this as I thought the product was a gift for answering the survey. I believe Retinolla has acted fraudulently and the whole thing is a big scam.
