I TOOK THE PHONE TO THE AT&T STORE TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW PHONE. THE TECHNICIAN FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR BUT COULD NOT GET THE DATA MOBILIZED. SHE CONFERRED WITH THE ONLINE/PHONE
SPECIALIST AGAIN FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR. THE SPECIALISTS ALSO COULD NOT GET IT MOBILIZED. THEY SAID THAT ALTHOUGH THE PHONE IS ADVERTIZED AS UNLOCKED AND ATT COMPATIBLE, IT IS NOT!!!!. I AM RETURNING THIS PHONE AND AN AFRAID TO REORDER AS THIS MIGHT HAPPEN AGAIN. IS THERE ANYTHING THE COMPANY COULD DO TO ASSURE I COULD GET THE PHONE UP AND RUNNING?
