I wanted to place a complaint in which I'm sure will do no good but am doing so anyway. When I used a machine in Hatfield, PA, I asked the person at the Customer Service if there was a charge, which I heard her say ".10%. When I added my coins in the CoinStar machine, I couldn't believe that it was 10% instead!! Knowing that the amount would total at least $220, I think it's outrageous that $22 was taken from me. That is VERY high. A couple passing by asked the percentage after I realized it was 10%; they agreed. I will never go to CoinStar machines unless a much more reasonable rate is changed. For people "counting their pennies," this is a disgrace.
