went to purchased door ,sales person sold a returned door and said everything was there and no missing parts and it was discounted She assured me everything was there,she packed it herself and the door was white The door was sandstone no big deal installed door then realized top of frame missing.Contact Lowes and they tell me 40 dollars to get the piece shipped from the states.I payed to have the door installed now I have to pay again to remove and return to Lowes.Poor service
