this company mailed me three seperate orders took from my account 87.99 each time even after i notified them within the time limit to stop all orders. I sent the orders back as Thomas in customer servicde told me to to on 8/12/2016 and now not only can i not get ahold of anyone or no one will call me back but i am finding they also charged me for a true Garcinia order on 6/17/2016 which i did not order but also on 7/1/2016 . this was all deducted from my checking account withoiut authorization. I made numerous calls to a supervisor by the names of thomas at phone number 214-604-2786 who kept saying he would fix this to no avail.Lorella is a big company and i do not believe they would want some one destroying their credibility like this.I have copy of all charges in my account on file with lorella and true garcinia but to no avail as i can not get anyone to call me back
