I have purchased one recliner + love seat, one sofa + love seat, dining table, two coffer table.
the recliner set is of different color, they delivered sofa not love seat, one piece of one side of dining table was missing.
complained them so many time but they did not resolve the issue.
The delivery date was 31st July and today is 19th august and they deliver the pending love seat but of different color.
when I am calling them regarding the same they said they have no idea regarding that and it'll take 3-4 more weeks to deliver the new love seat.
I told them to cancel the order and return the money they are saying that they do not have return policy.
I strongly recommend never buy anything from BAD BOY Furniture.
This is the harassment nothing else.
