I went to purchase an english bulldog puppy from the web site titled aiden-englishbulldogs.net IP address 31.220.2.200 - the "owner" asked me to send payment thru a Money Gram for the dog. I sent the payment which was confirmed thru the "owner". He told me his name was Rolland Xavier 2010 Upshur St NE Washington, DC 20018. He used the email [email protected] and he gave me a phone number of (443) 216-9197.

Once he received payment he said he would use a pet delivery service to ship the dog out.

I received an email from the delivery service called EMI Pet Express email address emipetexpress.ga IP address 31.220.105.157 the email I received the message was [email protected]. They included a tracking number and listed their address as 56 New Ave. Boite Postal No 2211 Washington, DC phone number I received a call from was (703)828-5047

After the tracking number was sent, I then receive another email stating that they needed an additional payment of $960.65 for pet insurance. There was no number listed on the email so I sent a message stating that I needed to talk to someone about this. I then received a call from the number above telling me they needed the payment. I did ask if they took credit cards and the answer was they needed it by Money Gram as their machine was down. I told them that the seller would need to get the dog back so I could arrange different transportation but they told me this was not possible.

I then contacted the owner by text and email to tell him that I would not be paying this and that did I need to send the local police to get the dog released back to him? He stated that I just needed to pay the extra money. When I told him that he needed to resolve this issue he stopped email & texting me and would not answer his phone when I called.
