Promised a service and after the payment stopped to reply. Only after four days, and no reply to all my emails, I receive a report that say "unsuccessful". I keep contacting the project manager that keeps ignoring my messages but promptly responds when I contact him with another email requesting a new service. I am being totally ripped off
