I booked and payed for a course in June 2015 at Aardvark Training. The course was due in August but it was cancelled a few days before the start. I was told that I could join a course in November, which I accepted. This course was cancelled as well.
I then asked for a refund of the money (2400£). I was told that they would refund me ASAP. However, nothing has happened till this day. Since I have talked to them and have been writing to them many times. Every time I have been ensured that they would do it right away. Today on 18. August 2016 nothing have happened yet.
