I ordered on facebook what I was told a Michael Kors handbag and on the payment page l was told AU$70 for bag and postage. They charged my bank account $105. Bank said l had to get in contact with the purchaser before they will do any thing for me, boy have l tried, to no avail. Why is facebook allowing this to continue. l saw a complaint about the same company posted 2015.
