For the past few months i been trying to pay my monthy payment and have not been successful due to Milestone not getting the info to my back for payment. I have called so many times only to get different reason including my bank rejecting charges which is NOT true. My bank manager spoke 3rd party with Milestone and said they have no record of any transaction on my debit card or bank statement. One supervisor even told me that they have a 3rd party verification company that said my bank denied the payment come to find out they have no 3rd party company!!! What do i believe??? One thing i do know is that this blaming me is costing me a late fee and my credit score!! The credit score is what im trying to improve and these idiots have yet to get this right..Who doesnt get their payment when the money is waiting for them??? FRUSTRATED!!!
