I signed up with Eliot Management group January 12, 2016 and I have been calling Eliot Management Group since January 30, 2016 because the merchant terminal machine has never worked properly. The majority of the time when I would try an run a transaction it wouldn't allow me to, then I'd call technical support and every time I called I'd have to turn the machine off, then turn it back on, take the battery out, take out the SIM card, read the number off the SIM card, put it back in then put the battery back in. I've called technical support more than 30 times since January until I closed my account with Eliot Management on 07/07/2016 due to consistent problems with the terminal. I returned the terminal to the leasing company (LFG), it was delivered on 07/07/2016 this is the leasing company that Eliot Management uses for their terminals. Yes I know that the lease agreement for the terminal is for 4yrs, but at first I was told I have a 30 day trial period, NOT TRUE!! The lease is a non cancelable lease from the day you sign it. The thing that's funny is I've returned the non working machine (terminal) but my account is still being drafted $102.35 a month to lease a machine(terminal) that they have back. I received a machine that was supposed to be functional but with nearly every transaction there was a problem.
