I ordered "free sample" requiring payment ONLY for shipping, August 1, 2016. Upon receiving email confirmation of shipping I emailed back to cancel any further shipping of any product!!!! on August 5, 2016.
On August 12, 2016 they charged $99.99 for 30 day supply that I have never received, never wanted and had specifically canceled.
On August 15, 2016 I was notified by my bank that Nuvalift had posted charges for $99.99 for product, that I had written and cancelled. On Auguat 15, 2016 I called Nuvalift and they said, "sorry, couldn't take off charges, because I did not notify them within 14 days." They further said that their email department could not cancel orders, only telephone cancellation was valid.
The product does not work and they will not even send the $99.99 product. So for a free sample I am being charged $99.99. That is false and misleading sales and advertisement. They refused to cancel charge and refund $99.99.
