International boundaries
I have found monies taken from my credit card over the last few months from two companies, namely
Completesave.co.uk for £ 15 per month
My rewards.co.uk for £ 10 per month
Which I believe I did not authorise.
I called each of them today (15th August) and spoke to the same person !!
It appears that you get tied up with these "shopping clubs" if you take up any "cash back" offer suggesting a saving on your next purchase with the company you have purchased from. You do not realise that you appear to have signed up to pay a monthly fee for more extensive discount offers you are unlikely to use.
However a phone call will lead to a cancellation of your unrealised membership and a full credit of monies paid out.
So beware of cashback offers...mine came from on-line bookings with the airline companies Ryanair and Wizzair
