I ordered 2 coach purses on July 31st , order number R_OHDB_582_GVKY , I waited 2 weeks before I heard anything and then got a phone call from an asain women trying to tell me one of my selections was not available, and did I want something else. Of course after waiting for 2 weeks I said no I want to have my credit cardebt credited. Still to this date of August 14,2016 another week has gone by and I have not receive credit nor the purse . I am very unhappy with this company and lack of professionalism. I have used other Web sites in the past and have never been disappointed, I am also wondering have I been scammed as this bogus company has gotten my credit card info and I have nothing! I want someone to contact me or give me a refund, I will take it further and report you to the better business Bureau.
