I am reporting false advertising. In July I responded to an email ad for Nouvalift. It said it was a free sample. I only had to pay shipping of $4.95. I checked to see if I would have to call to stop more shipments. There was no mention of that. A very tiny tube arrived in a brown envelope. There was nothing else . No paperwork. No address or phone # to call. On 8/12/16 $99.95 was taken from my SSI debit card. I called Master card. They told me to call Divine skin care, in Maine. I did and they were very nasty. They said it was too late another tube was on the way. I have to wait for it to arrive and send it back and call them with a tracking number. It should take a couple of weeks. I can't wait that long. I'm a senior citizen and disabled. I guess they do this to a lot of people and it's not fair.
