I ordered a Pair of shoes I had been searching for and the money was taken out of my bank acct - saying it would show up as Merlaniand or something like that - similar to another complaint I saw listed on your site. I have not received any notification of the order being processed and cannot log into my account on the site. I have sent numerous emails on the contact page and never heard a thing. There is no phone no or physical address - silly me! They do have many many shoes on their site and I can't find any info about any complaints other than that of the other person listed here. I have searched and searched but not read any info good or bad about these people. Not sure what to think !!!
