Sold the Bare HDD to me over Amazon Website. Upon becoming faulty within two months , they told me to send back the HDD. After they received the HDD, they claimed that they had sent a caddy with the HDD which they did not send. I told them that . They denied and they didnt send me back my HDD. Nor they sent me the refund. Nor Amazon Prime is able to help or resolve this issue.
MITECH company is a scam company and cheating end users with fake products which they will take back and also consume the money obtained from the sales. The boss of the company has no ethics and is fully aware of the situation as they know which product they sent and put customers in a fix and cheated.
Amazon Prime is supporting such sellers and supporting fraud too. Amazon customer service replies are no where to be seen once this issue was raised.
I would like consumers to beware of MITECH and its sales over the websites , market places.
