Striction BP took an additional $1.95 from my bank account when ordering pb med for $46.94 . THIS IS iNSURANCE ON PACKAGE Phone rep said. Because I did not authorize this amount I chose to have the order cancelled and this was wihin 12 hrs. of ordering.
Rep said I would have to waite 30 days for refund after i receive the item and send it back.
They immediately received the full amount from my bank account!! Why should the customer have to waite 30 days.
I cancelled within a short time so am sure product was not shipped yet.
Customer rep said if she took 60% off the order and refund me the rest back to my bank right now i could keep the item when it came!! But she can't refund my full amount back now!! I told her i did not want the item!
The company is a scam!! Should not be allowed to do business like this!!
