This complaint is to the company and person on the phone. Supervisor on the floor name of Holly who apparently has no boss. I called and cancelled on July 22nd , which was my second call but now am being told I only called to have explained what it was all about. This was not the case I just did not want it did not use it and as this was put on with the other program holiday savers when I called to cancel I believed both programs were cancelled . I called the second time july 22nd and Am told I only wanted an expanation???? I am a senior but am not senile and am on a pension and cannot afford to pay for something I do not want and because an employee of yours did not do their job correctly. This is a scam because you were told one thing (CANCEL) but decided all I wanted was an explanation. Not Acceptable
