They sold me lifetime guaranteed firewall protection at $210.00 back in 2014 October. Since then, I have had multiple virus problems. I requested refund last week when they called to tell me to open my laptop so that they can update their protection. They said my network has been compromised and they found the virus called Zeus Virus, Trojan horse. They said they will refund the money but they insisted they will remove all the virus and hacker's pathways first and cover my network with step up protection they call Secure Socket Layer for which I agreed to pay $250.00. They cleverly asked me to buy iTune card in the said amount and let me tell them the scratched number on the back of the card. I never imagined that was the way they could get away with their deception without a trace. Anyways, they further told me that the new SSL installation encountered a problem and my pc has to register with Microsoft Server (which cost $500 and refundable) before the SSL service setup is completed. I still believed their words then and asked to refund the original $210 first before going further. They said they won't be able to make any refund until the new protection is in place. By the way, they identified themselves as Foison Solution technicians.
I finally started to sense something is not right, and asked to stop serving my computer. (Remote access) They said if I stop now then they cannot complete their task, therefore, my refund would not come. I protested that their way of business was not right. They became very defensive and even a bit defying. I pleaded them to act fair, but they never yield.
The only way to stop them to insist my further payment was to give up getting refunds of total $460.00.

I went to ask someone else (pro) I could trust to examine my computer. And found out my computer was doing fine. No further service needed.

I called their number several times but had no answer.
