Bought concert ticket via ENT24 site. Got confirmation of purchase by e-mail with a promise of £15 reduction for a further (future) ticket purchase. No mention of Complete Saving. Three months of £15 being taken from bank account. When I noticed this I complained to ENT24 who tried to tell me that I'd signed & attached what they said was my completed application. It was blank with no entries. Also complained to Complete Savings, who say that they will refund my money. I'll wait & see.
