I was offered a vacation y preferred guest vacation son June 2016 at the time I thought I could do this but I had a heart problem and called them to cancel on the first of July and told them why they said OK. So I forgot about it until August when my bank called me to say I was overdrawn. I checked why and discovered that preferred had taken 75.00$ out in July and August so I called them after alot of trouble finding their number and they told me they had no record of me calling and since it had been over 30 days there was nothing they could do and I am now out 150.00dollars and still overdrawn thanks to them¡. I do not recommend them to anyone and if you get a coupon in the mail offering a $50.00 free Walmart gift card and they send you to this sight in order to get it hang up immediately!!!!!!)!!!!!
