After ONE-year of purchase, one of the Twin XL started rolling and knotting up. I can't get it to straighten out. I've tried number of times through-out the years to get in touch and had my daughter try on her computer to get someone to contact and we always got "NOT IN BUSINESS".
How do I get my money back, because I'm on Medicare Income ONLY? So, I don't have the money to just blow.
