I replied to an ad on Facebook for two face care product samples from Tru Belliza. Advertised cost: 3.95 for one sample and 4.95 for the second sample. Ad did provide full disclosure on actual cost or on terms of purchase: i.e. if product is not returned in 14 days, company charges client's credit card for full price: 104.95 for one product & 94.45 for second contract immediately and AGAIN every month thereafter until the client cancels the order. They claim that this info is buried deep in their "terms" that are on the web that no one reads. When I phoned VISA to raise a concern about Tur Belleza, I was told they receive complaints about this company all of the time and there is nothing they can do because of those hidden "terms" on the web. I cried all morning about the amount of money they took without my permission out of my VISA account. I wonder how many hundreds of people they have stolen from by false advertising. Can you shut them down off the internet? thank you for listening
