I "bought" software initially for 300 dollars that was to give me access to a practice platform...hot boiler tactics were used to get me to invest. Later in the week they used more pressure tactics to get me to invest 1100 dollars. Putting through my card details even though i told them i did not have that kind of money. Because my mortgage money was in my other account my bank honoured the transaction. I rang and emailed numerous times asking for my mortgage money back. They rang and got me to sign a form putting huge amounts of pressure on pushing me through each step and assuring me i would then get my money back. It transpired they had onky further tied me into a contract that i hadnt been allowed to read until after. Their agent reassured me that all was well and i would have it by the end of the week. He would work with the bonus money which he said was his own and i would work alongside him and i would have my money back. Well i was up to around 8000 and then lost pretty much everything after another pressurized phone call. I emailled to upper management and expressed my unhappiness at the way i was hounded...rang over and over again every single morning. How i immediately demanded my money back only to be lied to and have hot boiler techniques applied. I also explained i had to borrow to pay my mortgage as i am on a disability pension. He offered to invest more money monthly for me longterm. I have since recieved an email from an attorney asking that i pay nearly 600 dollars in a fine...i assume he works for them as there is no one else. These people put me under financial and emotional distress for over a year, they are scum of the earth!
