It has been 26 days since the Cyber program of yours was installed. I am totally unsatisfied with this installation.
I regret to advice that since the installation of this program of yours, the PC concerned has developed the following issues.
1. Very slow / delayed process of opening up running OS programs
2. Some functions within the computer are blocked for no reason.
3. Unnecessary intrusion into this PC of mine by your team members depriving me of privacy.
4. Unauthorised activation of peripheral application of my mobile device, causing more annoyance.
Based on all the above I request for full refund by return. I am forced to delete all programs which you have installed in to this computer on 8/07/2016.
Your immediate response and activation on this matter is much appreciated.
