In early June I saw advertised on line a promotion for a one month's free sample 'trial" for a skin product called Life Cell. I had to give my credit card details to pay for the postage and handling. That was about five weeks ago. since then I had not contacted this company, and unfortunately I had deleted my confirmation from them etc. my credit card statement shows that I had made a transaction on the 16th of July and was processed on the 18th of July for$ 256.92 AUD plus $7.48AUD. I DID NOT ORDER THIS IN ANY WAY. And I don't want this product. How do I get my money back? And how can I stop them from billing me in the future for something I don't want? I don't even know if the product will be mailed out to Australia anyway. Please help!!!!
