On July 07 I purchased this package and then they wanted another $97.00 to make it work, which I wasn't going to pay. So on the 16th I made a request for a refund and cancellation, the girl did all she could to try and con me into staying with this product but I refused and got an email from her saying that she cancelled my account but no mention of the refund? I just assumed that in the chat she told me that it would be refunded in 7-10 days, so I watched my account and still no refund? I chatted with another girl today August 2nd and she said We can't refund all your money only half or that she could escalate my request to Customer service! I told her that I know I saw a 30 day no questions asked refund and she said No that it was only on the extra $97 upgrade? This company is really a scam when the Idiot on the video purports to have taken a lie detector test to prove how good this Easykits is to make money online! After all he has made millions, and now I can see why! Taking our poor hard earned and scamming people for no refund or 1/2 of the $47.00, which cost me 65.35 CND because of the exchange! Please also note that they will flood your email with tons of offers for Male Enhancement products, weight loss, skin care, banking, insurance, and anything else you can think of and it's all spam and no way to unsubscribe! You click unsubscribe and it still sends you at least 10 - 20 email/per day?? I will update if and when their customer service emails me but I'm not holding my breathe! DO NOT BUY THIS KIT!!
