Ordered product 6/27/16 and charged my credit card the same day. A week later they send a email out saying it was on back order. They sent the same email every week until July 27, the sent a email for a tracking delivery #. # did not work. 2 days later, they sent a email saying it was on back order. Called the # they provided and sounded like they answered the phone from their home. Can hear tv in back ground. Lady I spoke to kept giving me excuse after excuse. I told them I will give them one more week and if I have not receive the product that I was going to contact BBB. Never again will I order product from this company!
