I am Indian and Sunil is my name, our company is involved in Building, Construction and Infrastuctural projects. Well, when I first read this complaint from the main poster, I'd contact Scambook for such irrelevant complaint. Hertz Finance & Investments LLC is a company you can trust, we have worked with them, they happilly funded our projects in New Delhi, but what we read here about Hertz Finance & Investments LLC is totally trash, this company is legitimately funding projects and businesses with better conditions. I must say, the person who started this false complaint "Stephen" may have somehow didn't meet the requiements or conditions of the lender, because we are proud of Hertz Finance & Investments LLC for funding our new construction projects in New Delhi that worths $7,000.000.
I suggest Scambook should contact the poster and question him very well if he was really scammed, because what posted here is a false complaint and not accepted.
