I ordered for products which I already paid through my credit card last May 4, 2016. I got the product at the post office after I paid for the tax amounting to Php 1,800.00. Just this July i was charge through my credit card the amount staed which I don't really what for. How can i get the amount back? And how can this scam be stopped?
