On 7/13/16 I requested a sample packet & only had to pay shipping $3.95 but on 7/28/16 I was shocked when they took $88.49 off my debit card & it said pre authorized on my statement & it wasn't. When I contacted the phone number on my statement they stated I had account with them & that was the monthly fee & would not be reimbursed. I am going thru process of disputing through my prepaid card service, but I never received anything from this company & don't want anything, the telephone line cuts off mid way through conversation with them and this company is big scam!
