I was called by this company claiming to represent Marriott resorts, and they offered me two weeks resorts for 599.00 plus a free one week cruise voucher for two on several cruises, outside cabin. I excepted the offer after nearly 1 hour going point by point over my concerns and details. They assured me that they were legit, I gave them my credit card, and they had me sign the agreement to get the number so I could book my hotel at Marriott or other " 5" star resorts on their roster of resorts to choose from, and one I singed I got my number to book my vacation... Surprise No Marriott!
I also found only ONE 5 star property in PV, so after arguing I wanted a refund, and refusing I succumbed to saying then fine, book me in the 5 star resort in PV and gave them six months, early January as my travel dates... And Surprise ... It wasn't available! I demanded a refund and for nearly a week, after a grueling 5 hours of fighting with them nearly an hour a day, asking to speak to owner, supervisors, and having them" accidentally disconnect from me, put me on hold, tell me the refund department would contact me in 48 hours ( never did) and even though the the supervisor Eddie Cruz agreed with me, that this was poor service, he refused to refund my money! I have called this company for two weeks, and nobody would cooperate or give me explanations! I'm devastated as they took my vacation funds, yet refuse to honor what they promised. I even called Marriottt Resorts and reported this issue, but never heard back from Marriott either who told me they would investigate it, and get back to me. I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company, and I'm hoping they can help me, but it's NOT a quick process. This is a crime and as scam and NOBODY should trust or purchase anything from this fraudulent company .. Who refused to even give the name of the owner of the company! BEWARE OF SUNNY-PALMS INTERNATIONAL - they are scam artists!
