My computer like other complaints computer locked up. Audney gives you up to 10 days if you want a refund. I requested a refund of $299.00. On April 24th which is 7 days in the time allotment for a refund. I was told I would get my refund 7-10 days no email I have been calling them and talked to Nitin, Faha, Kishave and they say the same thing we have a technical problems, they put me on hold for 5-10 minutes and said they spoke with the billing department and has issued my check. I suggested sending by Fed-ex or Certified mail so I can track the check, was told they don't use those's services. Gee I wonder why? I keep getting same excuses after 4 months of calling every 10 days. I am disabled so I need my money! I was royally scammed.
