This company will let a person open an account with nearly no information. All you really need is a name and an address unless the person is in CA and then a Soc is required. Then the person who just has your name and address can have the product shipped anywhere. It turns out this has been going on for years. I called and the want me to fill out a form and give them all my personal information and file a police report. They say it is a shame that people commit identitiy theft but it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. Here is a suggestion. IF you are doing nothing to verify that the request for credit is coming from the actual person, then don't send the product to a different address other than the billing address. You, Seventh Ave, are making it easy for people to steal identities. You do this because you profit from wrecking peoples lives. You are the problem as much as the identity theif because you invite people to get credit, ship to another address and then charge 24% interest. This company is what is wrong with society. I hope to resolve this without a lawyer or wrecking my credit. Let me assure you though, if I receive any damages, I will be also paying lawyer fees.
