I was going to Amazon when a warning screen popped up with a loud beeping. It had a phone number and claimed to be the Microsoft tech service. I called the number and talked to two people (I believe it was really one person). He took control of my computer and loaded a virus scan and told me not to touch my computer. I had a bad feeling about the whole thing and asked many questions and got sketchy answers and I finally told the guy that I thought it was a scam. He got angry and told me I wouldn't think it was a scam when my computer crashed. He asked for money to fix my computer. I unplugged my computer from the internet and there were many screens open. He was using the time on the phone to try to hack my accounts. I have had to have my computer fixed and change all my passwords, but I am not sure if that is enough. Audney.inc (888-959-3374) are evil and will do anything to steal from you. It was not easy or cheap to fix so beware of this scam.
