Bought trial for 3.95 plus 1.00 shipping, this was a 14-day trial period. Arrived 5 days later. They advertised falsely because I was billed within a 12 day period for $99.95. I had an open window of nine days to try product not 14. I called to cancel and offered to ship back remaining product. Was rudely spoken to when asked for a manager, I as hung up on. I called back and spoke with Jason who said he would refund 49.95 back to my credit card. I waited 12 days, no refund. I then began to research company and found several complaints against them. Please do not buy this product. It does not work or did nothing for my skin and very confusing as say use Dr. OZ's image to promote the skin crème. In the process of a dispute with credit card. Again I highly do not recommend this trial offer.
