On 9/7/2016 I've purchased through you gearbox for my car from the address above uniforms assured me over the phone that they have what I'm looking for, because I need it very argent I went by car from Leicester for two hours on10/07/2016 but when I watch the part in nature I found it quite different, I asked them and they said it is the right part. I've asked them more than once they said we are very sure. So because I do not understand anything about cars, I pay them the money £110 and take it to my engineer I found out it is different.
I call them the flowing day they said the will found another one I wait for two days I took unpaid holiday from work for tow days,know news from them.
I bought the part from different place and fix my car and I inform them that and I asked for my refund they said bring the it back and we refund you.
I took it back and I give my self more extra time to reach there before the close, unfortunately it was delay in M6 because un accident I phone the to let them know I am on my way and circumstance in M6, 4:50pm they said we close 5:10pm I phoned again 5:00 to say I am 10mails a way, they said ok we waiting for you, when I get they already left. I put the part in the next door.
I call them in the morning just for my refund they said they only can give me credit or anther part I told them I am not dealing with you anymore after you treatment, until now they refusing to refund my money.
I lost more than £300 I lost my time all that because I trust your website.
Please respond as soon as passable.
