Order of tube sealing equipment and paid in advance.
Took them months to find out they could not produce the machine. Then they should give refund of the money. Never happened.
Then I changed the order in a manual filler. Never received it either. Kept asking, they keep saying it wil arrive. about one year past and never received anything nor refund. They do not reply to emails any more.
